Firstly
customer provide a rough drawing of the shape and material request. Just as above drawings, show the requirement of shape and
capacity and appearance.
Second
Step: Product Design
According to customer’s idea, our engineer will use Pro-E to get 3D
colorful drawings, and then use Auto-CAD to get 2D drawings. We will
send 3D and 2D
drawings to customer for approval by email.

Third
Step, Make a Template
After reviewing the 3D and 2D drawings, customer may would like to see a real template on hand to check. In this procedure, we will send the 3D drawings and information to CNC and make a template. This template is made of oganic glass, solid and translucence which specifies the final appearance of the product. Customer can have real tough and measure of the new product. See picture of the template.
Forth Step，Get
Products
Upon confirmation of all the drawings and templates, we can start
to make mould
and then get real products.

Fifth
Step，Printing We will prepare film according
to customers file then proof printing samples for customer approval.

Sixth Step, panting
We can do further finishing for the products to get better performance
say to get a nebulosity, argent or golden looking upon customers
requirement.
